I had a fantastic experience from the start, Ashley is friendly on the phone, very professional and experienced installers kept me informed throughout the process and my account manager was stellar. He is what made me choose Scottsdale Air from all the HVAC companies in the Valley.  Dave followed up the day after installation to check that all went smoothly. We came to Scottsdale Air through a friend’s recommendation.  They were fantastic to work with throughout the whole process. Each person we worked with went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and all of our questions were answered.  It’s refreshing to come across a company that personalizes the experience by reading the customer and their needs.  They approached our old home by listening to our concerns and by what makes quality sense, not just trying to upsell us. They truly focused on creating a relationship and a customer for life.
