“Our heat pump system was underperforming during recent snow storm. Dave came out and determined that the cause was due to ice build up of ice in both outside systems. The fan blade was actually immovable due to ice. He removed the ice and adjusted the defrost settings to return both systems to proper operation. Thanks to Dave, our house is once more warm and comfortable.”
